Аннотация
Article is devoted to the development and implementation to ensure a cloud space for instant payments in favor of service providers such as mobile operators, Internet service providers, emoney, etc. Subject area analysis conducted. Existing solutions for payment systems and the possibility of using network services for receiving payments are considered. Diagrams, models, algorithms for implementing a distributed payment system presented. Distributed instant payment system developed.
