Design of Smart Grid security ontology

This paper contains description of Smart Grid security ontology design. It is needed for creation of decision-making support system for a Smart Grid. Ontology is the first step of creation of decision making support system. Nowadays there are some existing ontologies which can be used for describing Smart Grids. But they can’t be used for application in describing security issues. In this paper Smart Grid security ontology was designed based on two existing ontologies: Gridpedia and Cyber security ontology of Energy systems. The final ontology was tested for matching the requirements set for the Smart Grid security ontology.
